We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unfitted to any vehicle, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at office@dgparts.eu. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for an exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. YOU MUST REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY IN ORDER TO START THE REFUND PROCESS. IF YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE SHIPMENT THIS WILL MEAN THAT THE SALE OF ALL THE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND COMPLETE.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like brand new parts ordered from factory or car manufacturer. We also do not accept returns/exchange for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


You can request a full refund for any order within 4 calendar days of placing an order. AFTER THE 4TH DAY OF PLACING AN ORDER, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND YOUR FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO A REFUND.
